Building your place

To start building a new place, the first thing you need to do is to make a design or get some designer to make it for you. Our team of professional designers can help you build the house of your dreams, keeping all the rules and regulations in mind.

Design and Architecture

We have a team of architects in place as well. To handle your project, our designers and architects will join heads to bring any special request of yours to light. All minute details related to structural engineering, flooring plans and approval of all plans will be the responsibility of our team. We are bound to take all your stress away. 

If you already have the design and architecture covered, our team of builders will be at your service to construct your place as per your designs.

Building our way to your heart

If you have an attached home next to you, you will need to finalise a party wall agreement; this will be conducted by a professional surveyor. To set the tone right, it is advisable to discuss the design with your neighbours so they can give their feedback if they are not happy with anything.

Once all the legal matters and formalities are sorted out, the construction starts. We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality of service, which is why a project manager will be assigned to your project. All the building procedures will be kept under observation from the start till the construction ends. We don’t outsource our work. Our in-house team of builders will be signed your project and our management team will oversee their work, ensuring top quality, professional service.

We will discuss the progress of your construction every week and our project manager will be at your service if you have any reservations or recommendations over the work being carried out.

The completion process and beyond

Upon completion of your work, we will provide you with a building completion certificate and all other certificates acquired through the whole process. A six months warranty period will be extended to you for all work carried out. Upon completion of the 6 months, our team will visit your place and sort out any issues that have been created, following the commencement of the construction process.
